Answer
Seek couples counselling, immediately. It is vitally important to address his need to control; this may well be at the heart of the matter. Threaten to end the relationship, if he won't attend (I predict that he will resist strongly, and may be difficult, in session, at least, at first). It is HIS insecurity, and distrust of you/women, that is responsible. If you don't address this problem now; then expect things to get worse!

Demand one night out, a week, with female friends. View, as applicable, young women's depression, pages R, & V: WOMEN TO WOMEN, teen depression, and eventually the rest of section 2. Take the depression quiz on page J, in section 2, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris and if positive, print, and take to a doctor, to eliminate medical causes, and find about about respite care; avoid antidepressants, if offered. Weight loss tips, and a free hypnotherapy link is in section 56.

It's important to regularly monitor, and deal with a negative internal monologue (self talk), or mental process, such as disturbing thoughts, images, impulses, or emotions, by the process of (a): recognising it, and (b): challenging it immediately. Technique For Re-Programming Negative Thoughts: When you notice something negative, such as: "I can't do this/ am never going to get over this!" or: "Why am I always so pathetic/useless/such a loser?" or even an image, emotion, or a memory; recognise that it is being generated from the negative part of your mind. Having identified and labelled it, visualise a large, red, flashing, "STOP!" sign, and/or possibly a stern faced person wagging an index finger at you in a negative manner, then say to yourself as forcefully as you can, even aloud in a big voice, if alone: "I know this tactic: GO AWAY FOR A WHILE !!!" You may want to use either: "ruse", "ploy", "game", or "trick". In the case of an image, visualise a large "STOP" sign, or your preferred version.

Some people go so far as to keep a wide rubber band in their pocket, then put it around their wrist, when they catch themselves backsliding, stretch and release it, as a method of reprogramming their mind sooner, but I don't regard it as being strictly necessary. Remember to remove it, afterwards, if you use this method. Most people are suggestible, to some degree, so you could either seek professional hypnotherapy, or, quicker, cheaper, and more conveniently: http://www.hypnosisdownloads.com has: Stop Negative Thoughts

Fever after shots...?

Kelly s

My son is 10 months old and he has recieved 4 shots yesterday. Last night he ran a little fever (101) so I gave him tylenol and he was ok. this morning at 8:20 he had a fever of 101.5 so I gave him tylenol and then an hour later at 9:20 i took his temp again and it was at 103.4. I just called the doc and im waiting for her to call back. What can I do in the mean time to help with his fever. he is playing like everything is ok but he still has the fever...

Answer
You should never give a baby Tylenol, because you are depleting his detoxification organs (predominantly the liver and kidneys) of glutathione. Glutathione is necessary for the removal of any harmful chemicals or infection that he may be exposed to (both in this case). When you deplete the body of this you are prohibiting it's ability to do it's job.

My son has also had a fever of 103.6 and there's no need for concern, just monitor it, keep his fluid intake up, and give him tepid baths. If he is behaving as normal then there isn't a need for any concern. Maybe next time you should speak with the nurse about the vaccinations you're allowing him to get and the possible side effects so you can save yourself the stress. It's not worth it. God bless.

Here are some links about glutathione and Tylenol.

By the way, if this reaction continues you really should consider reporting it to VAERS.
